Prof. Aila Khan

Dr Aila Khan is an Academic Course Advisor (Higher Degree Research) at Western Sydney University and currently serves as Director at Shaukat Khanum Australia. She holds a PhD in Marketing and has established a strong academic profile in areas including consumer behavior, mental health, and public health-oriented marketing. Her research has been widely published in reputable international journals such as Personnel Review, Journal of Business Research, and Journal of Marketing Management, with a strong citation record and growing global academic impact. Beyond her publication record, Dr Khan is actively engaged in doctoral supervision, research training, and interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly in topics at the intersection of marketing, social impact, and behavioral change. Her keynote at ACBES 2026 is expected to provide valuable insights for PhD students and early-career researchers on conducting impactful research with both academic rigor and societal relevance.

Professor Mai is a Professor at the National Economics University, where she teaches across undergraduate, postgraduate, and international programs in areas such as Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Marketing Research, and Branding. She is also actively involved in doctoral training, particularly in research methodology, and has delivered executive education programs for both domestic and international organizations. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, macromarketing, and entrepreneurship, with publications in leading international journals including Journal of International Marketing, Journal of Business Venturing, and Journal of Public Policy & Marketing. In addition to her academic work, she has contributed to consulting projects for major institutions such as World Bank, UNDP, and key Vietnamese ministries and corporations. She also serves as a long-standing Associate Editor of Journal of Asian Business and Economic Studies (JABES) in the Business Management field

Assoc. Prof. Bin Wang is an Associate Professor at the University of Queensland, Australia. His research focuses on work design, digital workplaces, humanโ€“technology interaction, and the future of work in the age of digital transformation and artificial intelligence. He has published extensively in leading international journals, including Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management Journal, and has received more than 5,000 citations. He is also the recipient of competitive research funding from the Australian Research Council and currently serves as Associate Editor of Human Resource Development Quarterly. His research has made significant contributions to understanding how digital technologies reshape employee behavior, work arrangements, and organizational performance. At ACBES 2026, he will share insights on conducting impactful research in the rapidly evolving landscape of digital transformation, AI, and the future of work

Dr. Toan is currently an Associate Professor in Applied Macroeconomic Analysis at Queen Mary University of London. He holds an MSc in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics and a PhD in Finance from WHU โ€“ Otto Beisheim School of Management. Prior to joining QMUL, he served as a Lecturer in Risk Management at the University of Southampton and is a Visiting Researcher at the Bank of Finland Institute for Emerging Economies (BOFIT)
