ACBES 2025 GUIDELINES

SUBMISSION PATH

Poster Presentation (August 14)

ACBES 2025 introduces a new submission format: Poster Presentation. This format provides an interactive platform for researchers to present their work in a visually engaging manner and engage directly with conference attendees.

Poster Guidelines:

  • Size: Posters must be designed to fit a 1.6m x 0.6m display area.
  • Design & Printing: Authors are responsible for designing and bringing their printed posters to the conference.
  • Setup: The organizing committee will provide poster stands for display.
  • Content: Based on your accepted manuscript.

Presentation Schedule:

  • There will be 40 slots available across 2 time slots during the conference
  • Authors must attend and present their posters in person at the conference hall during their assigned time slot.

This format allows authors to engage with more attendees, answer questions, and attract an audience specifically interested in their research. By offering this new format, ACBES 2025 aims to foster dynamic discussions and enhance the visibility of research contributions. We encourage submissions from researchers who wish to maximize their impact and reach within the academic community.

Main Conference (Aug 15)

The Main Conference will feature the parallel sessions, where we anticipate selecting over 80 high-quality research papers for presentation. Papers accepted for the Main Conference will have a significant opportunity to be encouraged for submission to our partnered journals, providing a pathway for further academic dissemination. We highly welcome submissions that align with the suggested topics and demonstrate strong novel contributions to the field. Researchers with innovative ideas and impactful findings are especially encouraged to participate in this prestigious event.

DUAL SUBMISSION POLICY

The organizer of Asia Conference on Business and Economic Studies encourages authors to use the dual submission option for early drafts of their work. It means that authors freely submit their work in any journal or other conferences without any previous prejudice from Asia Conference on Business and Economic Studies. Having a paper rejected while under the dual review procedure in the Journal of Asian Business and Economic Studies or other journals is not considered a prevention to submit to ACBES conference. Therefore, the working papers, under-reviewed manuscripts, and published articles are allowed to submit to ACBES without any restrictions.

However, we only consider the working papers, not submitted to elsewhere for the special issue and regular issue publication. The under-reviewed manuscripts and published articles shall not be submitted to JABES regular issue and other special issue journals from conference. Concomitantly, the best paper award can be considered for all types of submissions.

Should you have any question during the review period, please contact us: acbes@ueh.edu.vn
