Policy

• At least one author of the paper must be registered for the conference in order to add your paper into final detail program.
• Please be noted that ACBES 2025 charge registration fee per person and per article.
• The accepted author need to pay two times if they have two accepted papers.
• In case there are more than one author per paper wants to participate with us, we will collect registration fee per author.

Author No Shows

ACBES enforces a “No Show” policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper at the conference.

Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend the ACBES will be subscribed to a “No Show List”, compiled by Committee. The “No Show List” will also be made available to JABES Editors and ACBES Committee, who can reject submissions from these authors in the following two years, based on their past negative impact on ACBES.

 You are advised to make the registration by click on the “Registration” button at the end of this page. Any author who wants to join on ACBES must make the registration and fee payment in the timeline of the Conference.
