Important dates


June 30, 2019: Submission deadline for papers

July 10, 2019: Notification of acceptance

July 31, 2019: The registration deadline for accepted authors

August 20, 2019: The payment deadline

Step 1. Registration

The registration fee includes one luncheon, three tea and coffee breaks, a gala dinner, a welcome reception gathering, attending all sessions and keynote speeches, handbook with detail program and all abstracts of accepted papers with ISBN number, a certificate of presentation, name badge and a conference bag. To organize such a scale of international conference, the registration fee is used to cover all conference operation costs while maintaining quality service to all participants.

Important instruction for Accepted Authors

At least one author of the paper must be registered at the appropriate full conference rate (Regular author, Student Author) in order to add your paper into final detail program. If complete payment of a registration fee is not received by at least one author once your paper has been accepted and finalized, the paper will be dropped out of the conference. Once a payment is successful made, the registration fees cannot be refunded. Please be sure that the attending author completes payment and enters the submission number (Code number of manuscript in submitting system from JABES system) to be uploaded with the registration.

Notice: The registration fee is used to cover all costs for participants thus every author who wishing to attend the conference must make one registration

Author No Shows

ACBES enforces a “no show” policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend the ACBES will be subscribed to a “No Show List”, compiled by ACBES Committee. The “No Show List” will also be made available to JABES Editors and ACBES Committee, who can reject submissions from these authors in the following two years, based on their past negative impact on ACBES.

Step 2.  Registration Fee

For each paper/abstract, at least one author must pay the registration fee. To encourage student authors for their early academic career path, regular and student registration fee are listed in the following table:

Step 3.  Instruction for Fee payment

  • Firstly, you are advised to make the registration by click on the “Registration” button at the end of this page. Any author who wants to join on ACBES must make the registration and fee payment in the timeline of the Conference.
  • For each paper/abstract, at least one author must pay the registration fee to be included into the final detail program of ACBES
  • After finishing the registration, an automatic email with Payment link is sent to your email. Please use that link for online payment by international credit card (e.g., Credit card from HSBC, Citi Bank…). Please make your payment no later than 20 Aug 2019. After this deadline, the payment system will be closed.
